The main activities of the organisation is the provision of information, resources, advocacy and support services through recruitment of volunteers from the local communities. We provide volunteering opportunities to individuals from the ethnic minority communities to help them realise their own abilities, better their English language, develop skills, boost their employability and improve mental health and wellbeing.

We offer a range of free activities and services: language assistance, advocacy and welfare support, pre-employment and employment support, assistance with filling out application forms, practical assistance with housing issues, banking, health and social care, utility providers, etc.; digital inclusion and free access to Internet, volunteering opportunities, women's social club and English conversation club.
